Questions
The things people ask before signing up.
What is SHAZA?
SHAZA is an AI social coach. You learn a specific communication skill in a short lesson, rehearse it in a realistic conversation with an AI partner, and get scored feedback on confidence, clarity, flow, listening and naturalness. Then you take it into your real life.
How is this different from watching videos about social skills?
Watching does not build the skill; reps do. SHAZA exists to give you the practice you cannot easily get in real life — in private, as many times as you want, with honest feedback each time.
Is the AI simulation realistic?
It is written to behave like a person, not a cheerleader. If your message is generic or low-effort, the AI responds the way someone actually would: briefly, and with less energy. Realistic outcomes, including polite disinterest, are part of the practice.
Is this about manipulating people?
No, and it never will be. SHAZA is built around respect, consent and authenticity. It will not give you persuasion tactics, pressure techniques or ways around someone saying no.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Journal entries are yours. The AI only reads an entry when you explicitly press the button asking it to reflect on that specific entry.
Can I use SHAZA for free?
Yes. The free plan includes intro lessons in every course, five AI coach messages a day and three practice simulations a week. No card required.
How much time does it take?
Five to thirty minutes a day, whichever you choose during onboarding. Your plan is built around the time you actually have, not the time an app wishes you had.
Does SHAZA replace therapy?
No. SHAZA teaches communication skills and its skill scores are indicative, not a clinical measurement. If social anxiety is stopping you living your life, that is worth taking to a qualified professional.
