The short version
Answering a message you are stuck on.Four rules do most of the work.
- 01
Answer what they actually asked.
Most messages hide one question. Find it and answer it first; everything else is optional.
- 02
Match their length, then add one thing.
A one-line text answered with a paragraph reads as pressure. Reply at their size, and add a single detail or a question.
- 03
Leave them something to reply to.
End on a question or a specific detail. A reply that closes the door is how a conversation ends.
- 04
If it is a no, take the no.
A message that declines something or sets a boundary is answered with respect, not with a better argument.
Questions
A few things people ask before pasting a message.
Is the reply helper free?
Yes. You can use it a few times an hour without an account. A free account lets you practise the conversation itself, out loud, with an AI that answers back.
Is my message stored?
No. It is sent to our AI provider to write the replies, and SHAZA does not keep it. Leave out phone numbers and addresses.
Will it help me get a yes?
No. It helps you say what you mean clearly and kindly. If a message declines something or sets a boundary, every reply respects it.
Which tone should I pick?
Natural is the safe default. Friendly puts someone at ease, Confident suits work, Funny only works if they have been joking, and Direct is for when you just need to say the thing.
