Terms of service

SHAZA is a social-skills practice tool: lessons, an AI coach, conversation simulations and progress tracking.

SHAZA is not a health service, not therapy, and not medical or psychological advice. The scores it shows are indicative and have no clinical value. If social anxiety is stopping you living your life, speak to a qualified professional.

You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account.

A working email address is required: it is used to verify the account and to reset the password.

Free costs nothing. Premium is €19 per month and Pro €39 per month, tax included where applicable.

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then.

Prices can change. A change never applies to a period already paid for, and is announced in advance.

As a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content.

Because access begins immediately on payment, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose that right once performance has begun.

Not allowed: working around quotas or payment, automating access, reselling or redistributing the content, or using it to harass, manipulate or deceive anyone.

An account that breaks these rules can be suspended or deleted.

What you write stays yours. We do not use it to train models.

You grant only the technical right to store it and pass it to the processors the service needs, listed in the privacy policy.

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of outcome. No particular social improvement is promised.

To the extent the law allows, liability is capped at what you have paid in the last twelve months.

Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by French law. The protective rules of the consumer's country of residence continue to apply.
