Questions people ask before paying
- How do I cancel?
- From Settings → Plan and billing, in two clicks. No email to send, nobody to convince. The subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops.
- What happens to my data?
- It stays. Your progress, journal, simulations and scores are not deleted when you drop back to free — it is all there if you return. Deleting your account is a separate action, in settings, and that one does erase everything.
- What exactly do I lose?
- Free keeps 5 coach messages a day, 3 simulations a week and the intro lessons. You lose the full courses, the advanced scenarios, the detailed analytics and unlimited practice.
- What if I do not like it?
- For fourteen days after you first pay, you can withdraw in one click from Settings and get your payment back in full. Your access ends at once.
