Job interview
Practice your job interview with AI.
Three AI interviewers ask the real questions and score every round. Replay until you’re confident. Then your CV gets the same honest read.
- No pressure. Start with one conversation.
Situation selected: Job interview
Clichés with no proof — every candidate says this.
Lead with one concrete result, then tie it to this role.
Example — scores are indicative, not a scientific measurement.
Interview rounds you can practice:
The recruiter screen: tell me about yourself.
Tell me about a time when…
Weakness, gaps and why you’re leaving.
Everything in the interview hub
Morgan runs the screening, Priya the behavioral round, Dan the tough questions. Each asks, waits, and follows up when an answer is vague — like the room, not a quiz.
Confidence, clarity, listening, naturalness, and the one thing to fix next time. Replay the same round and watch the number move.
Paste your CV and the posting. You get four scores, what already works, the exact lines to change and how, the keywords the posting asks for that your CV does not show, and a rewritten profile summary. Nothing you paste is stored.
Write your opening answer. You get scores for structure, relevance and confidence, the follow-up question it invites, and a version that fits in a minute.
From “an interview is a conversation with a job to do” to the last two minutes, with the STAR story in between. Every lesson cites what it draws on — APEC, Robert Half, Indeed, published research. The first lesson is free.
Each one with the reason it is asked — which is what tells you how to answer it — the lesson that covers it, and the round where you can rehearse it.
Seven steps in the order that works: the first lesson, your pitch, the three rounds, your CV, the rest of the course. Each one ticks off when it is actually done.
Free plan: three simulations a week, three tool runs a day, the first lesson of every course. Everything else is in Premium, at €19 a month, cancel any time.
An interview this week? The Interview Pass opens all of it for seven days, €9 once, no subscription. See the pass
How SHAZA works
Pick a real moment — a first message, meeting someone new, a hard talk.
Chat with an AI that reacts like a real person, not a script.
See what worked, what didn’t, and a stronger way to say it.
Run it back until it feels natural — in private, on your time.
Questions
The things people ask before signing up.
Does the AI ask real interview questions?
Yes — it plays the interviewer and works through the questions you actually get ("tell me about yourself", "your biggest weakness", behavioral stories), with follow-ups when an answer is vague.
What kind of feedback do I get?
After the round you get scored on confidence, clarity and how well you answered — plus the one thing to fix next time.
Free interview simulators already exist. Why this one?
Use them — they are good at showing you the questions. What they do not do is score you round after round (confidence, clarity, listening, naturalness) and let you replay the same tough question until the score moves. The demo on this page needs no account or card; the free plan gives you three simulations a week.
Does it review my CV?
Yes. Paste the text of your CV, and the job posting if you have one, and you get a recruiter’s read: four scores, what works, the exact lines to change, the keywords the posting asks for that your CV does not show, and a rewritten summary built only from what is already in it. The CV is read by the AI at that moment and not stored — only the scores are kept, so your checklist can tick.
Can I pay with a training budget or the CPF?
No. SHAZA is a €19-a-month practice tool, not a certified course, so it is not CPF-eligible. The free plan is there so you can judge it before paying anything.
